Classes

PCB offers a variety of classes that utilizes techniques from boxing, kick boxing, strength & conditioning, and more. Our classes are instructed by experienced and certified trainers.

 
 
 

Boxing Conditioning

Utilize basic boxing techniques and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a tough but rewarding workout. Start with stretching and warm-ups, basic boxing workouts, heavy bag drills, and cool down. Partnering may be required to utilize equipment. For all levels of experience. No contact.

Boxing Fundamentals

Learn the boxing fundamentals and improve your coordination, stance, striking, and defense. Utilize the boxing number system and perform combinations on the mitts and heavy bag. Partnering may be required to perform specific boxing techniques. Medium to high intensity workout. Limited contact, no protective gear required. Great for beginners or those who want to perfect their technique.

Kickboxing Conditioning

Utilize basic kickboxing techniques for a high intensity workout. This dynamic workout improves striking and kicking. Start with stretching and warm-ups, basic kickboxing drills, heavy bag drills, and cool down. For all levels of experience. No contact.

Combat fit

Improve your strength and conditioning through a combination of basic weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio exercises. Start with stretching and warm-ups. Learn proper weightlifting form and exercise techniques. Partnering may be required to utilize equipment.

 

Kickboxing Fundamentals

Learn kickboxing fundamentals and improve kicking, stance, striking, and defense. Partnering may be required to perform specific kickboxing techniques and utilizing equipment. Medium to high intensity. Limited contact, no protective gear needed.

Advanced Boxing Fundamentals

Designed for those who are not competing but want to spar lightly. Improve boxing fundamentals, techniques and footwork. Partnering is usually required to perform boxing drills. Start with stretching and warm-ups, heavy bag drills, and partner drills. Medium to high intensity. Mouth-piece may be required.

Advanced Kickboxing Fundamentals

Designed for those who are not competing but want to spar lightly. Improve kickboxing fundamentals and techniques.  Partnering is usually required to perform kickboxing drills. Start with stretching and warm-ups, heavy bag drills, and partner drills. Medium to high intensity. Mouthpiece and shin-pads required.

Kids Class

Boxing for kids 8-12 years old. Basic boxing fundamentals and strength & conditioning. Starts with stretching and warm-ups, boxing instructions, and heavy bag drills. Designed to teach young kids how to box without contact. Parents who are interested in competitive boxing must inquire with the amateur boxing team coaches.
