Boxing Boot Camp alternates strength training exercises with aerobics and boxing to give you three workouts in one.

We combine intervals of cardio, boxing, strength, and core exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn up to 1000 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, bands, kettle bells  and even a little friendly competition.

Circuit training is a form of conditioning, combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow, and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit class comprises 12 to 14  exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified   set time before moving on to the next. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period.
